Differential Psychology

Participation Prerequisites

The course supports discussion-based learning, so class attendance on campus is required.

The course requires self-study time, which includes preparation time for the next session. If there are tasks for the next session (e.g., reading, reflection), students are required to come to class prepared.

Please bring a name tent to class.

  • Foundations of Differential Psychology
  • Constructs in Differential Psychology
  • Inter-individual Differences
  • Intra-individual Differences
  • Inter-individual Differences of Intra-individual Variability

     

    Including topics such as personality, intelligence, creativity, or emotion.

Intended Learning Outcomes and Competencies

After completing this course, students will have acquired technical terms, the subject matter of differential psychology, knowledge of theory, and possible applications.
Students will be able to critically classify, evaluate, and assess their scope, evaluate, and practically apply the theory.
They will have practiced applying differential psychology and understood its relevance to business psychology.
Reflective skills, creativity, and ethical thinking are enhanced in the process of examining personality concepts.

50% final exam, 20% group work , 30% reflection task
