Course Content
In this course, you will learn about the science of psychology and the study of human behavior. You will be provided with an overview of the different subdisciplines of psychology, including developmental psychology, social psychology, differential psychology, biological psychology, neuropsychology, cognitive psychology, and abnormal psychology. The course further covers the methods of psychology, its history, and philosophical foundations.

Intended Learning Outcomes and Competencies
After completing this module, students will be familiar with current professional fields of psychology and business psychology. They are aware of the subject classification of psychology in the human sciences, know the historical background of the subject, and understand important basic concepts of scientific theory which are of central importance for the subject.
Students will master the most important techniques of practical scientific work and understand scientific texts.
